The Swhinery is a Pittsburgh-based family company that competes and sells our award winning Barbeque Ribs, Chicken, Pork, Chili, and more at various events and rib festivals all year along. The Swhinery has competed in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida and is expanding its portfolio to bring our award winning product across the nation!

Formally establish in 2012, the idea and philosophy of the company was founded by top ranked Executive Chef Leonard Verosky in 2003. While studying culinary arts in the south, Chef Verosky learned and crafted his own special BBQ sauce made with over thirty different high quality ingredients. Combine that with top end St. Louis and Baby Back ribs (that have been slowly smoked for hours!) in our award winning blend of seasoning and spices and you are left with BBQ at its finest!

The Swhinery's philosophy is simple, to provide award winning barbecue without all the gimmicks other rib vendors use. We invite you to stop up and see us at one of your local events or call us and let us handle your catering needs.
